Joel Rodriguez

Joel Rodriguez is a photographer, journalist, and sports content creator whose work has taken him across the country covering some of baseball's biggest names—Aaron Judge, Pete Alonso, Julio Rodríguez, Mariano Rivera, and others. He's the founder of All Star Media, where he shares behind-the-scenes access to major sporting events, and serves as a writer and Communications Manager for Latino Sports.

A Puerto Rican native raised in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, Joel's passions and work in the community extend beyond the field. As Community Director and Project Manager for Urban Arts, he helps host camps that teach digital game development—coding, animation, music, and storytelling—to underserved communities. The organization has helped students earn $46 million in scholarships and land mentorships and internships at top media and technology companies.
